Puttery 5-Year Anniversary $500 Gift Card Giveaway

1. Sponsor. This promotion (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Puttery d/b/a Puttery, 700 Canal Street, 3rd Floor, Stamford, CT 06902 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.
3. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins on or about 12:00 p.m. CT on August 14, 2026, when the entry form becomes available, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on September 7, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).
4. How to Enter. Complete and submit the entry form on the Puttery anniversary page at puttery.com/anniversary/ during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Additional, duplicate, or automated entries will be void. Consenting to receive marketing communications is optional and does not affect eligibility or odds of winning.
5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) Puttery digital gift card with a value of five hundred U.S. dollars ($500). Approximate Retail Value: $500. The gift card is subject to Sponsor’s standard gift card terms, is not redeemable for cash except where required by law and may not be substituted or transferred. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Winner Selection and Notification. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 8, 2026, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If a potential winner does not respond within that window, cannot be verified, or is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The prize will be delivered by email within seven (7) days of winner verification.
7. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use their first name, last initial, and home market for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
8. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or emails. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Giveaway.
9. Release. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, and employees, from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.
10. Privacy. Information submitted with an entry is collected and used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at puttery.com/privacy-policy/.
11. Social Platforms. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform, and entrants release each such platform from all liability in connection with this Giveaway.
12. Winner’s Name; Governing Law. For the name of the winner, email media@puttery.com with the subject line “Anniversary Giveaway Winner” within sixty (60) days of the end of the Entry Period. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
