Answers to our most frequently asked questions.

What is Puttery?

Puttery is a 21+ only, modern spin on putting, redefining the game with unique twists at every hole. It’s an immersive experience that offers friendly competition, socializing, upscale food, craft cocktails, and great music. Whether you play or don’t play, this is where adults can come for an epic night out.

Do I need a reservation to play?

No, reservations are not required. We have a designated number of tee times set aside for our walk-in guests. However, tee times (start times) are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, so we do recommend booking a reservation prior to your visit to guarantee a spot on the course.

How do reservations work?

When you make a reservation to play a round, you are picking a 90-minute time window to tee off with your group of up to 4 players*. Your tee time (start time) will not be set until you arrive at Puttery. Please note: your tee time may not be until near the end of your chosen 90-minute time window, so we encourage you to explore and take advantage of our many bars and lounges.

*If your group has 5-8 people, you’ll need to make 2 reservations, since the maximum group size per tee time is 4 people. These reservations can be made within the same transaction. We will do our best to accommodate back-to-back tee times, but we can’t guarantee them based on availability. For groups of 9+, we recommend making a Party & Event Inquiry.

When should I arrive for my reservation?

Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before your reservation (playing window) to choose your tee time. The earlier you arrive and check-in, the more tee times we will have available for you to choose from within your playing window. You’re also welcome to come nosh, sip and chill any time prior to your reservation and after you’ve finished playing your round.

How long will a round take?

How long each round takes will vary depending on the course and group size, though you can expect it to take 30-45 minutes.

When can I make a reservation?

Online reservations are available up to 10 days in advance. For social and corporate event packages with 9 or more guests, please make a party & event inquiry.

Can I change or modify my reservation?

To change the date, time, or guest count, please call your location directly to speak with someone who can assist you. You may cancel a reservation up to 48 hours prior to your playing window and re-book with new reservation details. Please sign-in using the email you used to book and then go to “My Account” in the top right corner and press the cancel button next to the desired reservation. Refer to your confirmation email after booking for additional details.

Can I cancel my reservation?

In order to receive a full refund, reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of your selected playing window. Reservations are nonrefundable if cancelled with less than 48-hour notice. All reservations are non-transferable.

How much does it cost to play a round of golf?

The cost varies by location so check out our reservations page for prices at your closest Puttery. But, if you’re not in the mood to play, you can still stop by to nosh, sip, and chill for an epic night out!

Can I request a course?

Yes, just let us know when you check in to see which courses are available and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I bring my own putter or ball?

No need to bring your own. To enjoy our unique putting experience, you’ll have to use Puttery-issued golf balls and putters.

What measures do you have in place to protect against the spread of Covid-19?

The health and safety of our team and guests is our highest priority. Hand sanitizer stations are frequent throughout the venue and all putters and golf balls are sanitized between each use. High touch point areas will be consistently cleaned and sanitized. Additionally, we follow CDC guidelines in regards to our team members experiencing symptoms and/or coming in close contact with someone who has tested Positive for Covid-19.

Is Puttery wheelchair accessible?

Puttery is a wheelchair-friendly venue. All venues will have at least one ADA-compliant course.

What should I wear to Puttery?

Glam it up or dress it down. Everything goes, for the most part.

Can I bring children to Puttery?

Nothing against your kids, but no. Puttery is a 21+ venue only.

Do I need to bring ID?

Yes, Puttery is a 21+ venue. Please bring your ID as you may be asked to show it upon entry.

What's on the menu?

Can I make a reservation for a table?

All tables are first come, first served. To book a table for 9 or more guests, please make a party & event inquiry.

Can I hang out once I'm done putting?

You can hang out before putting, after putting, without putting or all of the above. Puttery is about way more than golf.

Do you have space for large groups?

Of course! Our locations are perfect for parties and events. We even have a private event room. For more information, please make a party & event inquiry.

What type of nonprofit(s) does Puttery support?

While Puttery strives to support as many causes as we can, we are not able to accommodate every request we receive. Puttery does not contribute toward individual causes, political parties, religious groups, or for-profit organizations.
