About Puttery Washington, DC

Puttery DC is an indoor mini golf, scratch kitchen, craft cocktail bar, and event venue in the Penn Quarter neighborhood, located at 800 F St NW, near Capital One Arena and the National Portrait Gallery. Open daily from 11 a.m., it features three themed nine-hole courses alongside two full bars serving craft cocktails and hometown heroes created by local Puttery bartenders, plus a scratch-made kitchen with chef-inspired plates. Puttery Washington, DC FAQs

Puttery DC is an indoor mini golf and social venue at 800 F St NW in Penn Quarter, between the Hotel Monaco and the Riggs, steps from Capital One Arena. Three themed nine-hole courses, the Art Museum, the Conservatory, and the Illusion, share two levels with a scratch kitchen and a full craft bar. Family-friendly during the day and built for adults at night.

The Atlantic Parking garage at 560 8th St NW is the closest option; it is third-party, so rates vary and we do not validate. Metered street parking is free in much of DC on Sundays, but always check the signs where you park.

Take Metro to Gallery Place and use the Arena exit; we are a short walk away, in the middle of F St between 8th and 9th.

Two levels, with ADA elevators.

All ages are welcome Sunday through Thursday, and until 5 PM on Friday and Saturday. After 5 PM on Friday and Saturday the venue is 21+. Every day, guests 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult, with at least one adult for every six minors. Bring a valid photo ID.

Walk-ins are always welcome and we hold tee times for them, but Penn Quarter evenings and arena nights fill fast. Book online up to 21 days ahead to lock in your spot.

Your booking time is your check-in time. Check in with the concierge and we will get your group of up to four on a course as soon as one opens. If there is a short wait, the bar is the right place to spend it.

Yes, and you can do it yourself in about thirty seconds.

To cancel: Open your Tock confirmation email and click “Cancel reservation.” If you booked with a Tock account, you can also cancel from your reservation under your profile at exploretock.com.

To change the date, time, or guest count: Cancel your current reservation and rebook the slot you want at puttery.com. Packages can’t be edited after booking, so rebooking is faster than waiting on us.

Refunds: Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically post within 5 to 10 business days.

Booked a private event or buyout? Those follow the terms in your event agreement, not this policy. Your event planner is your contact.

Groups of up to four play each hole together, then move to the next hole as a group while the following group starts behind you. Everyone advances hole by hole, so nobody stands around waiting for one player to finish all nine.

Up to four players per tee time. Groups of five to eight book two tee times in one transaction, and we will do our best to run them back to back. Nine or more is a group event.

About 30 to 45 minutes per course, depending on group size.

Yes, bring your own or use ours, we have plenty to go around.

Yes. ADA elevators provide step-free access into the venue, up to the Upper F Street Bar, and to holes 7 and 8 on the Conservatory course. Everything else plays on one level.

Yes. The Embassy hosts up to 20 guests, the House and the Potomac up to 10 each, and full venue buyouts run to 500. Start with our Group Events page.

Yes, store-bought desserts are welcome at no additional charge.

The National Portrait Gallery, the Smithsonian American Art Museum, Ford’s Theatre, the National Gallery of Art, the National Museum of Natural History, the National Museum of American History, and the Washington Monument are all walkable from our door.
