The Astorian is a 14,000 square foot loft in a landmark building near the Heights, styled after Grand Central Station with 14-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows facing the downtown skyline. If the CEO is giving a speech and photos matter, this is the room.

POST Houston, for Conferences and Large-Format Events

POST Houston is the redeveloped downtown post office at 401 Franklin, and it operates at a different scale: atriums built around a monumental staircase, a blank-canvas conference space called the Office, and Skylawn, a five-acre rooftop park where the largest spaces handle crowds in the thousands. Space Center Houston rents the full center, individual galleries, theaters, and conference rooms across 250,000 plus square feet, with catering by Wolfgang Puck. It books out and it isn’t cheap, but nobody forgets which company hosted them at NASA’s front door.

Daikin Park, for Meetings With a Backdrop

The Astros’ home field moonlights as an event venue. Daikin Park offers its concourses, historic Union Station, and a 16-room conference center for private events and corporate meetings. It’s a smart play for sales kickoffs and client mixers where a ballroom feels flat but a field view does the talking, especially if half your attendee list bleeds orange and blue.
